Long Grain White (Riceland) 10 lb
1 cup Long Grain White Rice
2 cups water
Place 1 cup long grain white rice in a 2-quart saucepan. Add 2 cups cold water, heat to boiling. Cover tightly, reduce heat and simmer till water is absorbed, 20 minutes.
Makes 6 cups.
