Enjoy a preassembled variety of 9 fresh produce items for just $21 + tax. While box contents are a surprise, we prioritize sourcing within a 200-mile radius whenever possible. Out-of-season items may come from outside this area. These boxes typically retail elsewhere for $32–$40.

Program Background
The Perry’s Produce Box Program was launched in March 2023 as part of the BCBS Pathways to a Healthy Kansas, Healthy Bourbon County Action Team, and Perry's Pork Rinds & Country Store.
We have since expanded to include Child Care Aware of Eastern Kansas, offering FREE produce boxes to qualifying daycare centers and in-home daycare providers. To see if your daycare qualifies, contact:
