Fundraiser Sign-Up Form
How To Start:
The secret to a successful fundraising campaign is to sell quality products people know, love and appreciate at a reasonable price while supporting a small business at the same time instead of a corporate giant. This is how we help you do just that:
- Your organization decides to have a fundraising campaign, and the group leader submits a sign up to Perry's Pork Rinds to get approval for your group.
- After approval, you will receive our production schedule to help set order and delivery dates accordingly.
- When your group has decided on the dates of your campaign, you'll book that with Perry's Pork Rinds.
- Each group member takes orders for a suggested period of 2 weeks collecting money and orders at that time.
- Upon ending your campaign, the group leader will collect all orders and turn totals into Perry's Pork Rinds. We will not deliver orders that are less than $500 in gross sales. Orders under $500 group leaders are able to pick up at our location in Bronson, KS or we can ship to you via UPS at your expense plus handling. We don't sell partial cases, the pork rinds must be ordered in full cases listed below.
- Product delivery is made the week following your order. Orders are delivered to a central location chosen by the group leader. We will work our hardest to try and get the products to you on the requested days and times.
- You will need at least three able-bodied persons to meet our truck and help unload. The products must be unloaded by at least two people, while a third person is counting before dispersing to your customers or organization members. The group leader will sign the receipt stating that the group received what they ordered and return it to our driver.
- Group members then promptly deliver to their individual customers to ensure freshness. Since our products are a food that can be crushed, remind everyone to use gentle handling. We recommend ordering plastic or paper thank you bags (which we can provide for a fee), preparations must be made for storage and delivery to your customers. They must be delivered within a week so the customers get the same high quality freshness they are used to getting from Perry's Pork Rinds.
- You will be sent an electronic invoice via email. Please have a money order or cashierβs check payable to Perry's Pork Rinds ready for our delivery driver and we will send a paid reciept to you via email.

Fudge 8 oz containers cost $9 Suggested Retail price $10. 12 packages per case must be the same flavor.
What areas do we serve?
We service school and community organizations located in Kansas and distributing only in Kansas. Press Release - We recommend adding your sale details to the local Chamber of Commerce Eblast, Company E-blast, School Eblast & local radio and newspaper.
Sales Flyer - We recommend sharing your sale details on printed flyers to pass out at church, school, and local retail establishments.
