Pulled Pork Nachos
Use BBQ Perry's as the chip, then pile on pulled pork, onions, cheese, jalapeños and BBQ sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (5.5 oz) Perry's BBQ Pork Rinds
- 2 cups cooked pulled pork, warmed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- Sour cream and chopped cilantro, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- 1
Heat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.
- 2
Spread the BBQ pork rinds in a single layer on the pan.
- 3
Top with the pulled pork, cheese and red onion.
- 4
Bake 5 to 7 minutes, just until the cheese melts. Watch closely so the rinds don't scorch.
- 5
Top with jalapeño slices, drizzle with BBQ sauce and add sour cream and cilantro if you like. Serve right away.
Pork rinds go soft fast once they're sauced or heated, so serve right away.
