Directions:
Pancakes: 2 cups pancake mix + 1 ¾ cups cold water (optional: 1 egg, or 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter).
Waffles: 2 cups pancake mix + 1 ¾ cups cold water + 2 eggs + 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter.
